2024 Delegate Certification Form

Each Council must elect two delegates and two alternates to the 2024 State Convention and report them to the State Secretary on this form by April 1st. This form can be submitted either by email to statesecretry@kofc-tn.org or by mail to State Secretary, PO Box 896, Cleveland, TN 37364. Each Council is authorized to send two (2) delegates to the State Convention and only the seated delegates will receive per-diem reimbursement.

With electronic balloting the delegates need to have wifi capable devices such as a smart phone, lap top, etc.

The current Grand Knight is automatically a delegate, and the second delegate must be a Past Grand Knight of the Council in good standing. Alternates to the delegates are not required to be Past Grand Knights but must be Third Degree members of the Council in good standing.

Please complete this form and attest to accuracy by signature of the Grand Knight and Financial Secretary. A copy of the signed form should be retained in the council files; each delegate and alternate should be given a signed copy.

The delegates need to complete convention their convention registrations. The online form for convention registration is available through the State Council registration website https://reg-kofc-tn.org/. Those delegates from outside the Nashville area should complete hotel reservations as well.
